We’re Good To Go
We are pleased to announce we have received the brand-new industry standard set out by National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland called 'We're Good to Go'. This accreditation demonstrates that we have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and advice for re-opening, we have Risk Assessments in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
Here’s what we’re doing to keep you and our teams safe:
Checking-in and social distancing
Minimising contact and increasing protection at reception with Perspex screens, keeping social distancing measures in place and dispense hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the Hotel. Guests will be asked to USE CARD PAYMENTS wherever possible - PDQ machines will be wiped down with a disinfectant wipe after each guest use.
Hygiene & Safety & Housekeeping
More frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, such as check-in area, door handles and handrails with disinfectant.
In the bedroom we will maintain our high standard of cleanliness as we always have, especially with the 5 Key Critical Touch Point Cleaning touchpoints including TV remotes, handles, switches and high contact furniture.
BEDROOM ENTRY RESTRICTED. No access will be made to the bedroom during a guest stay. Fresh Towels can be provided daily along with top up of tea, coffee, toiletries on request only.
Protective equipment for our team
To protect our team members we’ve provided them with PPE equipment including gloves, Face Shield and hand sanitiser. All Staff members have completed certification of Covid-19 Awareness Training, and been trained to implement Covid-19 safety measures and protocols.
